<p>I have a nice sized burr oak in my back yard &#8211; this property used to be a cattle farm.  Mother nature doing her thing, I have plenty of burr oaks that grow naturally in the fence row.  In October I decided to tag some of these smaller oak with the intention of digging them up and transplanting them to the farm where I have no bur oaks.</p>
<p>Here is one such seedling that I tagged for transplanting.</p>
